Our Show Info!
The RKO Players are currently performing at the Castle Cinema Cafe in Providence, RI. We perform every saterday at Midnight. Our shows include preshows (more info on those is shown below), Door prizes, Auctions, and of corse the Famous Sacrifice of the Virgins (not really killing people don't worry, more info on that below too.)

Pre-Shows!
Pre-Shows are skits and miniplays we put on before the actual show begins. They usually involve a few creative cast members and a song or movie clip. We perform along with them to enhance the experience. Some pretty sick stuff has been known to happen in these events.HaHa! We can actually project home videos we've made and such and interact with them making it a fun and funny experience!
We often do ICP (Insane Clown Posse) preshows that are most often incredibly funny and successful. If you notice, in the picture on this page, both of the casting directors are wearing ICP T-shirts!
The Virgin Call!
"The Virgin Call" is a Rocky Horror tradition that has been a part of the show since it started being performed live so long ago.
What is a Rocky Horror Virgin?
A Rocky Horror Virgin is simply a person (or other)
who has never seen the Rocky Horror Picture Show performed in a theatre. If you are a virgin and you come to our show, be prepared to be humiliated. But don't worry, you won't be the only one. There can be anywhere between 2 and 25 virgins or even more depending on the night who stand up on stage or in the isle and take the oath and/or have their "cherries" popped. No not litterally! I'll let you in on a little secret. The "cherry" is simply a balloon you are made to blow up (while the audience is usually chanting "Blow Blow" or "Suck Suck" and then when your done, you are told to do something with it. Sometimes you simply stick it where it belongs, between you legs, or if the MC's are feeling spicy, they might make you put it 'somewhere else'. Then either your neighbor to the side will be told to pop it for you, or they will have an array of cast members come up on stage and pop them for you. Don't it sound fun? If they don't do they "cherry" popping thing, they usually do something else, and that is usually much more crazy! Then when the inniciation process is done, the cast, crew, and audience will scream out "Fuck You Virgins". And then you will be told to "sit the fuck down"! Virgins can be so fun to mess with. Cause they don't know what to expect! but if you think I told you everything, you dead wrong! I havn't told you everything nor do I intend to!
