A new show!
Every first friday of the month we are introducing a new show to Bristol, RI. This show is a joining of the Absolute Pleasure Players and RKO to bring this fun and exciting entertainment to this area. Our first show was a great success to say the least. Our numbers skyrocketed to an amazing 140 paying audience members. We were in shock to see so many people show up. Sean Adamec, General manager of the Pastime theatre, was happy to see his quest successful. Bristol perhaps is lacking in entertainment and it's possible that is the reason for our success but none the less, the show rocked. The enthusiasm was high in the crowd made up of mostly high school students. Before the show even began, there were people in the isles dancing and singing and having tons of fun. They were great! We're hoping to get those kinds of numbers at our next appearence at Pastime.

On Our 1 year anniversary (April 27th, 2002) at the Castle Cinema, RKO is presenting with a live cast, Evil Dead 2. At 10:00pm we'll be kicking off that sick movie (find out more about the Evil Dead Trilogy on the Evil Dead Page). Then we'll be giving you a series of pre-shows while our cast gets made up and dressed for Rocky Horror at midnight. If there is any show to come to, this is it!
